Ok to have two off this list per day – 1 small steak, piece of chicken both with no fat showing. 1 cup potato. ½ cup raw rice. 1 egg.
Ok to have per day – 1 piece of fruit. 1 large slice sour dough bread. As much tea, coffee or stevia drinks as wanted. Lots of vegetables.
Cow’s milk in tea – if you have to have it, use up to half a cup a day of skim cow’s milk. Or use 1 cup rice milk which has no fat – per day.
Chicken – free range and no skin.
No No Fish – no oily fish like salmon, mackerel, sardines, trout or kippers.

Raw vegetables and fruit have live enzymes and they make your whole body sing.
Potatoes. Sweet Potato or Rice: Instead of meat, fish, chicken, egg for that meal. Large potato or sweet potato mashed with rice milk.
Or 1 cup cooked rice, preferably brown. Add tons of vegetables. More filling than meat and is much more nutrient dense.
Fruit – a treat between meals or at breakfast – Total 1 per day. Any type of fruit is ok except avocado and coconut.
E.g. Apple large, Strawberries (1 punnet), Large slice watermelon, Orange large, One Grapefruit
No No – avocados, olives, nuts, chia seeds, any seeds, tofu, coconut, butter, cheese, any oil (they are all full of fat/oil).
Bread – 1 large or two small slices sour dough (no oil or sugar) bread per day – but no butter duh!
Eggs – 1 free range per day instead of the meat, chicken or fish for that meal.
Milk – Half cup of skim milk per day. Note Rice milk is a food so is much better than cow’s milk, you can use 1 cup per day.
Liquids – Only drink tea, coffee, herbal teas, plain water or mineral water in any quantity. Try to drink a litre of water a day. Water is essential. Fill 1-2 bottles with purified or filtered water each morning add a pinch of sea or rock salt to help your body absorb it. (Don’t use commercial salt from supermarket that has a chemical free flowing agent added).
Read all labels. No alcohol or sugar filled sodas.
Add 5 drops of flavoured stevia (e.g. coco cola flavour) if you don’t like water so much.
Flavoured sweet drinks – add five drops of flavoured stevia to mineral water, soda water or plain water to make many flavours of sodas.
E.g. chocolate, orange, mint, vanilla cream, berry, lemon, hazelnut, peppermint, cinnamon, toffee. Add ice cubes.
Or freeze into ice blocks and eat as many as you like every day.
Breakfast: 1 slice sourdough toast topped with dry-fried tomatoes, onions and mushrooms
Or 1 slice sour dough toast with tomatoes and 1 hardboiled egg.
Or stew one large apple and add cinnamon and stevia, also 1 toast with tomatoes
Or 1 small tin baked beans on 1 slice toast
Lunch: One piece steamed chicken with large salad.
Or I large potato boiled and mashed with rice milk, plus small tin tuna in water, and carrots.
Or one cup cooked rice with steamed vegetables, stir fry with soy sauce and any spices.
Or very large bowl vegetable soup, preferably homemade with toast.
Dinner: One small steak grilled, with onions and large salad.
Or filet of fish steamed with large salad.
Or stir fried chicken with vegetables and spices.
Or large mashed potato with steamed carrots, zucchini, beans and broccoli.
Or 1 cup cooked rice with onions, mushrooms, carrots, greens and spices.
Use your imagination you can make very filling meals with real foods: Don’t ever feel deprived (or sorry for yourself that you can’t eat addictive fatty foods) rather focus on the result you will achieve and let that empower you. Cravings for sugar and fat will be less every day, and you will soon despise fat laden foods as the crappy, addictive, no use to you, and pretend excuse-for-food that they are.
Rubbish foods will always make you fat and addicted to them.
Take measurements and weight yourself once a week first thing in the morning and keep a record.
Long term – If you are planning to use 10X long term as in over 2 months then add some good fats to your diet every day. Being ¼ avocado or 1 tsp. olive oil or a few raw nuts.

Directions for Use

1st Placement: Open the sealed sterile envelope and take out 1 sheet. Gently peel a patch off with the tip of your fingernail. Place the patch on clean, dry, hairless skin (no moisturiser, tanning cream, and powder, oil, not damp from the shower or sweat) of the thigh, arm, chest, hip or abdomen and press firmly. The patch need not be placed on the direct area of pain as the patch will provide relief regardless of its position on the wearer’s body. Placement of the patch is therefor as per the user’s preference however it is recommended to place it anywhere on the body where it will not rub against your clothing. Do not take the patch off to reposition as it will not stick a second time. Take care when taking off clothes so that you do not pull the patch off. If a patch is difficult to remove from its backing sheet, simply peel off using the tip of your finger nail from the opposite corner. After showering or swimming pat the patch dry with a dry towel. Do not rub. Our patches are not meant to be as sticky or to stay as strongly stuck on as a band aid, because you need to change them regularly (every 3 to 4 days). A strong adhesive will leave the skin tender and may cause redness and discomfort when removed. Our patches are delicate but do stick securely. Leave patch on for up to 4 days (96 hours).
After 3 to 4 days, remove the patch and replace with a fresh one. Always apply to a new part of your body to allow the skin to rest a few days between patch applications. The release liner is not damaged by daily activities such as showers, swimming, gym etc. The patch attaches securely to the skin if applied properly.
NB: Several patches can be worn at the same time. Globalderm Patch products are compatible with each other. All patches come in a sealed, sterile envelope with an outer envelope, for storage purposes. Correct storage will ensure full potency and stickiness.
Store below 25˚C before and after opening. Keep patches away from direct sunlight, appliances emitting radiation or electromagnetic currents. Best locations on the body to apply Patches – The best locations to apply patches are where there are large concentrations of small blood vessels under the top skin (dermal) layers. The following illustration should be used as a general guide:
Technique – Firmly stick in place 1 to 3 Patches on clean skin and leave for 8 hrs to 96 hrs, depending on skin sensitivity. Apply to clean, dry and hair free skin. Start the course with 3 patches per day. Never remove Patch before applying your next patch dosage. Taper down to 2 Patches per day.
Prepare Your Skin – To ensure comfort, decide where to apply the patch depending on your activities for the day. The best options for placement are the wrists, arms, abdomen, lower back, inner thigh, inner knee and inner elbow. Moisturising Shower Gels, Powder, Lotion, Deodorant etc. will affect the stickiness of the patch. Always apply to freshly cleaned, dry and hair free skin
Apply the Patch – Remove the Patch from the packaging. Peel Patch off the protective strip very carefully, using your fingertip to lift off, do not touch the sticky part of the patch as you will compromise the Homeopathic ingredients, and immediately apply it to your skin. Press down firmly to secure patch in place. Do not remove and re-use. Be careful not to rub aggressively over the Patch with soap as it may loosen the patch. Gently dry the wet Patch with an absorbent towel. Please be sure to use clear waterproof tape (E.g. “Tegaderm”, “OPSITE FLEXIGRID or similar) over the Patch when swimming in Chlorinated water. This will serve to protect the active ingredients in the Patch. You may to bath with the patches on as normal tap water does not interfere with the active ingredients.
Patch Removal – Lift patch and peel away swiftly. Do not scratch or rub as this may irritate sensitive skin. Re-Application to be done on the opposite side of the body from last use. Each patch is good for one use. To prevent any reaction on highly sensitive skin remove patch after 8 hours. Use mineral oil or warm water and soap to remove any adhesive residue.
INDICATIONS: Homeopathic remedies last indefinitely. There is no shelf life / expiry date because they do not spoil or lose their potency if stored correctly. Homeopathic Transdermal Derma Fusion Patches must be stored in the packaging they come in, away from heat, direct sunlight, microwaves and computers.
