Adrenaline is a substance released in the body of a person who is feeling a strong emotion, such as excitement, fear, or anger. The adrenaline rush usually occurs when the body senses danger, such as the ‘fight or flight’ moment or just craves attention, neediness. Some people, known as sensation-seekers, are adrenaline junkies but this imbalance can also result from being unable to pace oneself with work, relationships, shopping, always rushing and creating or needing drama, quick to anger, having a short fuse, or may seem like a bit of a drama queen as ‘everything’ is an issue. If you are relaxed you will get all the tasks done in the same amount of time without the stress and burnout. But there may be an imbalance in the body that is causing the above and it can’t just be controlled. Adrenal Gland burnout or Adrenal insufficiency: Adrenal fatigue is the result of chronic stress, when you push your body and mind too hard, your adrenals stop producing cortisol the way they should. Symptoms of adrenal fatigue/exhaustion/burn-out are low energy, exhaustion, sleep issues, night mares, weight gain, mood swings, depression, hair loss, body aches, light-headedness, mid-afternoon slump, sugar and salt cravings, anxiety, brain fog, overly emotional, panic attacks, short fuse and autoimmune issues (autoimmune issues could be redness, heat, pain and swelling on the body/skin). This patch formula treats either adrenaline addiction or adrenal burnout. This issue is VERY common in our busy lives. Wearing one month of our Adrenal Patches even if symptoms are not over the top will be like a tonic for your Adrenal Glands.
NB: To help prevent Adrenal Fatigue don’t eat any soya products as they drain energy out of the thyroid. Mould exposure can also cause adrenal fatigue.

1st Placement: Open the sealed sterile envelope and take out 1 sheet, gently peel a patch off with the tip of your fingernail. Place the patch on clean dry skin (no moisturiser, tanning cream, powder, oil, not damp from the shower or sweaty) and press firmly. Do not take the patch off to reposition it will not stick a second time. Place anywhere on the abdomen where it will not be rubbed by clothing, the waist area is not a good place. Place on the belly or under the bra line. Take care when taking off clothes so you don’t pull the patch off. If a patch sticks to the backing paper, simply peel off using the tip of your finger nail – from the opposite corner. After shower or swimming press patch firmly with a dry towel do not rub. Our patches are not meant to be as sticky or as strongly stuck on as a band aid as you need to change them twice a week, they are gentle but do stay stuck very well so treat them with respect and they will stay stuck. We believe we have found the correct amount of adhesive to achieve this and not cause irritation when it’s time to change the patch. NB: several patches can be worn at the same time; all Globalderm Patches are compatible to each other. All patches come in a sealed, sterile envelope plus outer envelope that you need to store them in to keep them at full potency and stickiness. There is no shelf life if stored correctly. Store in a cool, dry place, do not refrigerate. Keep away from mobile phones, computers and microwave ovens.
