Procedure from time of Purchase

  1. Please allow 7 working days for delivery, no queries or e-mails regarding shipping will be answered before this time.
  2. We use DHL Couriers for shipping to International destinations, so we will need a home or work address where there is someone during the day to collect the parcel. Please track and trace your own parcel at http://www.dhl.co.za/en/express/tracking.html  . We will email the tracking number to you once we have posted.
  3. We use Fast Way Couriers for deliveries within South Africa so we will need a home or work address where there is someone during the day to collect the parcel. Please track and trace your own parcel at http://www.fastway.co.za/our-services/track-your-parcel  . We will email the tracking number to you once we have it.
  4. If your tracking number is not showing on the courier’s system, please wait a day or two as we sometimes post after the cut off time or they pick up late.
  5. We only ship on Monday’s to Thursday’s, not on Friday’s, Saturday’s or Sunday’s.
  6. Orders received after 10:00 am in the morning will only ship the following posting day.
  7. We do not accept responsibility for parcels if details are wrongly supplied or filled in.
  8. We do not ship to PO Boxes or Post Offices.
  9. We only have the payment methods indicated.
  10. Please, use only your Order Number as a reference.

  12. We only ship once the deposit has been cleared and in our account.
